In 1989, Jennifer became Executive Director, responsible for implementing strategies for economic development in Wilson County, North Carolina. In that time, Wilson has seen remarkable growth and change. With nearly 20% of the workforce employed in the manufacturing arena, Wilson has emerged as a leading NC community for industrial recruitment.
